Konstantinos Tromaras was born on November 20, 1989 in Paiania, where he still lives. His parents are Fani Hounda and the well-known athlete George Tromaras. Admiring and having his father as a role model, from an early age he was involved in strength sports. At the age of 10, he started training alongside his father in wrestling and weight training. In order to participate in the wrestling matches, in 2002 he enrolled in the wrestling department of A.S. Papasideris, in Koropi. His coach was Dimitris Roumilidis. He was an active athlete until high school, participating in several competitions with distinction. In 2004 he came into contact with combat sports for the first time. While still training in wrestling, he started boxing and kick boxing with Yiannis Papadeas at A.S. Milo.
Due to his athletic tendencies and love of coaching, in 2008 he was admitted to the Department of Physical Education Science & of Sports of the Democritus University of Thrace, in Komotini. There he was lucky enough to train alongside teachers Ioannis Barbas and Theodoros Karypides in the wrestling department of A.S. Democritus. Parallel to his studies in Komotini, he started working as a gym and boxing coach in small divisions in Komotini and Alexandroupolis. Also, in the internal university championship in May 2008, had participated in the sports of weightlifting, wrestling and shot put. In January of 2009, he took a transcript for National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from where he was sworn in in the summer of 2014, majoring in "Strength and Health". Returning back to Paiana, he had the opportunity to operate the gym that his father had founded.
In September 2014, after he had already completed his military service, he founded the A.S. Dynamic Sports Paiana. Its purpose is the dissemination and development of strength sports such as weightlifting and powerlifting. In May 2016 he participated for the first time in the National Powerlifting Championship where he won 2nd place, as well as the opportunity to compete in World Championship. After a long preparation, on December 7, 2016 he arrives in Moscow with the Greek National Team, for the World Championship. The team consisted of 14 athletes and 5 companions. On the first day of the games, he won 3 gold and 2 bronze medals, while the Greek team took 2nd place, as the best team of the championship. After this success, the Municipality of Paiana honored him for this distinction, in March 2017. In May 2017 he participated in the European Powerlifting Championship. For the first time in Greece, in Elefsina, such a big event took place, where he also won first place. Then two more firsts followed, in November 2017 in Tavros and in May 2018 in Elliniko. , where he came face to face with leading Greek athletes. In 2019, he took part in the World Championship, which was organized in the city of Limerick, Ireland, on October 24 and was named World Champion for the second time, as well as being awarded as the best athlete of the event.
On February 11, 2018, as a tribute to his father, he organized, for the first time, the TROMARAS Strength Challenge. The championship was organized at the Indoor Gymnasium of the Municipality of Paiana, with a significant contribution from the latter and was supported by many athletes.
Today, he is still the coach and owner of TROMARAS Strength Club. Its athletes have distinguished themselves both nationally and internationally, winning championships and international records. His actions have been covered by the press and television. Its goal is the dissemination of strength sports and the inclusion of more young people in sports as well as a better quality of life through exercise. At the same time, he attends the Master's Program of the Faculty of Science of Physical Education and Sports, "Sports Coaching".
