With the open gym service you can visit the gym area and carry out your programme, within the available hours.

The gym consists of two rooms with a total area of 200 sq.m. and in total it has 18 strength machines for all muscle groups, 3 aerobic exercise machines, benches, free weights and light equipment.

 

You must pass an interview to obtain a medical-training history and measurement of somatometric characteristics, provide the necessary documents (cardiologist's certificate, photocopy of ID and additional tests if deemed necessary) and pre pay the membership. Your personal information that we collect is kept on the basis of the new personal data protection regulation of the European Union.
